LUNCH: MEANT, CHEESE, CUCUMBER, FF YOUGURT(PLAIN), 16 OZ WATER
DINNER: SMOKED SAUSAGES WITH CHEESE AND WATER
Once I wanted to share the challenges of trying to lose weight, I now know that the journey in our daily walk with God is what we should be sharing with one and other. Sharing our challenges and celebrating our joys in the Lord each day. Sharing lessons God has taught us and letting his love shine in our lives. It is my hope that this is shown in my blog as I refocus and begin again living the life God desires.
